There is some euro account with 1400/1400 completed. Not sure what 2 achievements the american server has that EU doesn't.

EU and US both have the same achievements. However, Alliance and Horde do not. Alliance players have 1402, while Horde players only have 1400. You can check GuildOx and see that he's currently #1 in the United States, and in a 4-way tie for #1 in the world. Very impressive. Congrats on all the hard work man.
