Found this nice online calendar that tells you when new episodes of shows are coming out. Can quickly register (doesn't require validation so it's quick) and then just check the shows you watch and they show up on it when it's not a rerun.

edit: just make sure you change the time zone, default time zone will put everything as coming on a day ahead I believe.

my torrentsite for tvshows has a calendar that i think is a bit better since you can add your shows to favorite and stuff

You do the same thing on this with marking the shows you want to show up on the calendar only.
